TradeLair is not responsible for any lost property resulting from use of the site. All transactions are performed at your own risk. TradeLair is only to help you find people to trade with and does not participate in the exchange of items among its members.
WE AND OUR SUPPLIERS PROVIDE OUR WEB SITE AND SERVICES "AS IS" AND WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY OR CONDITION, EXPRESS, IMPLIED OR STATUTORY. WE AND OUR SUPPLIERS SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIM ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF TITLE, MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. Some states do not allow the disclaimer of implied warranties, so the foregoing disclaimer may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other legal rights that vary from state to state.

| No Pirating (Obey Copyright Laws) |

Dealing in copies or "backups" of copyrighted material without the permission of the
owner of the copyright is illegal and TradeLair will not allow this here. Trades are
for original media only. If you are caught pirating or trying to
pirate on TradeLair, your account will be premitly suspended. If you think anyone else is
using TradeLair for pirating, please report them immediately to
TradeLair's administrator.
Trading "backups" and especially CD-R's is considered pirating.

| Be Honest |
|
If you misrepresent your goods in a trade (if you trade demos, broken, or damaged goods but tell the person you are trading with that they are fine), you are being dishonest. It's basically another case of fraud can be prosecuted in the same manner. This behavior is not welcome here. Your account will be suspended and you will be banned from the site if you are dishonest with trading.

| No Pornography or Adult Material |
|
Pornography and Adult Material in any form are not allowed at TradeLair. This includes "Hentai", pornographic
Manga, and Adult video games. We well not add software of this nature.

| No Offensive Language |
|
Using swear words and other foul language is not appreciated here. If you use such language in any text (rating bad traders, comments, cheats, etc.) that you submit to TradeLair, you run the risk of your account being suspended.

| One account Only |
|
Having more then one account per person is not allowed. If you use multiple accounts to falsify trades or other information your accounts will be suspended. If you are having
trouble accessing your account, please notify Customer Service.
